Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
For UPI and net banking, refunds typically reflect within 2–3 business days.
Credit/Debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cash bookings are non-refundable for same-day cancellations.

Special Cases

Flight delays: If your flight is delayed, contact us immediately. We will reschedule at no extra charge with valid proof of delay.
Driver no-show: If our driver fails to arrive, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduling.
Natural calamities / Curfew: Full refund will be issued if the trip cannot be completed due to force majeure events.
